ABSTRACT: In the article the quality of life in adult patients on maintenance hemodialysis by applying the quality of life scale (abbreviated version) of the World Health Organization -WHOQOL-BREF was evaluated. Twenty adult patients on maintenance hemodialysis for 3 months were studied. Conclusions on the factors that affect the quality of life in hemodialysis patients have been made.
