ABSTRACT: According to the regulatory provision, birth care is carried out in inpatient medical structures by qualified medical specialists. A good organization is required to provide high-quality obstetric care in various conditions (emergency or planned admission), which lead to the birth of a healthy and pregnant newborn.
Pregnant women are extremely susceptible to viral respiratory infections, including Covid-19. This is due to the physiological and immunological changes that occur in the body during pregnancy. An important role is played by women's consultations to prepare a pregnant woman for the process of childbirth, to inform about all the risks associated with pregnancy and childbirth, to inform and conduct prevention of behavior for the purpose of prevention, as well as in case of an established Covid disease, about non-proliferation and protection from complications.
