NEW TECHNOLOGIES AS A FACTOR FOR IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF THE HEALTH TOURISM PRODUCT
ABSTRACT:Health tourism will increasingly be needed as an alternative for sustainable tourism development. The concept is generalizing for medical, balneal and spa tourism. The motives for the emergence of new technologies in health tourism can be characterized by the growing popularity among tourists of online communication and distribution channels. The purpose of this report is to present new technologies that contribute to improving the quality of the health tourism product. The methods used are research of specialized scientific literature, articles and reports concerning the discussed topics, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis. In conclusion is highlighted the extremely important role of new technologies and the Internet for the implementation of comprehensive, objective and continuous quality control of the health tourism product in the implementation of bilateral communication.
