RESIDENCE AND WELFARE

There are three residence halls on the University campus, which can accommodate approximately 1200. The rooms are designed for double occupancy, but triple rooms are also available. Each room has a private bathroom. A bed in a twin room costs 55 lv a month, and a bed in a triple room is 40 lv a month. The rooms can be used all the year round. There is a kitchenette on every floor and a self-study room. There are two canteens on the university campus: - one located in the Faculty of Social Sciences, working hours from 11.30 to 13.30. - central canteen, working hours from 11.00 to 19.00. Students from the College of Tourism are entitled to discount at the Park Hotel Restaurant. There are 4 coffee-shops available on the grounds of the Rectorate, the Faculty of Social Sciences, and the College of Tourism. Students can use the fitness hall on the premises of the residence halls and a flood-lit sports ground. There is also a health centre and a dental office on campus. Graduates can apply for scholarships after completion of 2006-2007 winter semester with average grade total of 4.00 and maximum monthly income per family member of up to 150 lv .
