LIBRARY

The University Library is a complex of library and information services incorporating: Central Library and three branch libraries based at the Faculty of Social Sciences, at the College of  Tourism, and at the Medical College respectively. It is one of the few libraries in the country allowing completely free access to its funds for both university users and the general public. In each division there are separate lending, reading and working rooms. The reading rooms have a seating capacity to accommodate 150 readers at any given time. The funds of the library comprise 250 000 volumes.  The electronic and card catalogues and indexes aim to facilitate the access to them.  The students can use our own electronic catalogues as well as the online catalogues of other libraries from seven personal digital workspaces in the lending rooms of  the Central Library and an  Internet-connected computer in each reading room at the Faculty of Social Sciences, College of Tourism and the Medical College.

During semesters - Mon-Fri – 8 am – 6 pm
During exam sessions - Mon- Fri – 8 am - 7 pm
